speech-dispatcher java bindings

Hi all,

Is there any planes for making java bindings for speech-dispatcher? I'm
asking this because I need to do some basic use of speech-dispatcher in
a java project. It is easy to do some basic speak commands and such over
SSIP and it is all my needs for now, but if you think that real bindings
would be useful I'd like to extend  this code for use with
speech-dispatcher, event handling, parameter setting, etc. I thought
implementing a SSIP client, like the python one, with a similar
interface... What do you think about this?
