Speechd over festival problem

Hi,

 

We are having a problem of using speechd over Festival. Festival itself
looks fine since we can play sound at command line. Installation of
speechd was successful. But when we start speech-dispatcher server,
festival module was first loaded but then got errors (see below). As a
result, the dummy module is actually loaded to replace Festival. Are
there any additional configurations needed for Festival and speechd?
