[Straw-devel] Patch for straw

Hi,

Here is a patch for straw.

- It fixes OPML Import : it now accepts a much wider scope of (bogus)
  formats, like liferea's.

- It fixes some encoding problems.

- It adds a CSS (which has to be put in the data/ dir) to display items
  in a neat way.

- It parses the items, and replaces newlines by <br/> if the item is
  plain text (no tags in it), which is useful for
  http://linuxfr.org/backend-journaux.rss (to be read with a text
  editor, not an xml editor).

It includes the patches I submitted on the BTS for
