Don't worry about the Hurd proposals, there is no doubt that I get to
them :-) In fact I did so a few hours ago. Most were only submitted over
the past two days, so I simply didn't have the occasion to review them

(The one from Sergiu Ivanov is an exception: the original submission was
much earlier, but we both knew that it was only a first draft, and
already talked about it through other channels. The "proper" version was
also submitted only yesterday.)

BTW, what happened to the proposal of ricardo schmitt, why is it marked
"ineligible"? Did someone mark it as such for some reason, or did the
student retract it himself?...

(It's actually a rather promising proposal.)
