This will probably work:
[probeMap addProbe: [probeLibrary getProbeForVariable: "Name"
inClass: [self superClass]]];
As for the other problem:

Try this:
aProbeDisplay = [ProbeDisplay createBegin: [self getZone]] ;
[aProbeDisplay setProbedObject: obj] ;
[aProbeDisplau setProbeMap:
[probeLibrary getProbeMapFor: [obj superClass]]] ;
aProbeDisplay = [aProbeDisplay createEnd];
