memory problem solved

Hello,
  I've solved my problem with memory allocation of size zero... 
predictably it was my fault, and the DLL relocation messages had 
thrown me off the scent. The problem was a result of the 
agent population reaching zero, then trying to create an array of 
the same size as the population to represent information about the 
population.
