Distributing 1.3.1 executables to Win 95/NT

I don't know if there is an official update to Marcus Daniels' e-mail on
2 April 1998 for distributing Swarm executables to PCs without Swarm or
Cygnus installed. His e-mail applied to swarm 1.1. With Swarm 1.3.1, you
don't have to apply the patch (obviously). Here's what I did to get
Heatbugs to run on a non-Swarm PC:

Create a directory which contains the following files copied from the
PC with Swarm and Cygnus on it:

bltGraph.tcl
button.tcl
cygtcl80.dll
cygtk80.dll   [The one under Swarm, rather than Cygnus]
cygwinb19.dll [The one under Swarm, rather than Cygnus]
entry.tcl
heatbugs.exe
init.tcl
listbox.tcl
menu.tcl
scale.tcl
scrlbar.tcl
text.tcl
tk.tcl
word.tcl

Start up an MS-DOS prompt, and cd to the directory (let's say it's
D:/HEATBUGS). Type the following in the MS-DOS prompt:

set SWARMHOME=//D/HEATBUGS
set BLT_LIBRARY=//D/HEATBUGS
heatbugs

Sorry if this is stating the obvious, or pointless repetition.
