SWARMHOME is set in the environment by the install procedure, so
there's no need to set it.  If for some reason you want to, use UNC
style pathnames "//C/Swarm-1.3.1/packages/swarm", not DOS style
pathnames "C:/Swarm-1.3.1/packages/swarm".
