There are only a few little changes needed to make something run with
2.1.1 if it runs with 2.0.1.

It is a better idea to install swarm 2.1.1 and make those changes. If
you tell us what goes wrong, we will help fix it.

Now, if you are set on installing swarm 2.0.1, lets figure out your
cygnus situation.  How closely did you follow the recommended
steps/fixes, ie:
