Hello,
  I just finished installing swarm-2.1.147.20030812-2RH9.0.i386.rpm in RH
9.0 (along with other required packages) as explained nicely on Paul
Johnson's help page. The sample objc apps actually compile ok, but when
I go to run them using for e.g. gdb ./hello-world, I get the following
error :

address@hidden v01]# gdb ./hello-world

Also, when I try to compile the java version of these apps, I get :

address@hidden java]# ls

Issued 1 lexical warning in "Heatbug.java":

   122.   public Object setX$Y (int inX, int inY) {
                        ^----^
*** Lexical Warning: The use of "$" in an identifier, while legal, is
strongly discouraged, since it can conflict with compiler-generated names.
If you are trying to access a nested type, use "." instead of "$".

Found 1 semantic error compiling "HeatbugModelSwarm.java":

   298.                         new FArgumentsImpl (this, sel, true)));
                                ^----------------------------------^
*** Semantic Error: No applicable overload was found for a constructor of
type "swarm.defobj.FArgumentsImpl". Perhaps you wanted the overloaded
version "FArgumentsImpl(swarm.defobj.Zone $1, swarm.Selector $2);"
instead?
make: *** [all] Error 1

ANY help with either of these problems would be greatly appreciated.
