[Swarm-Support] Swarmapps under Swarm 2.2

Hi,
I just downloaded the latest stable
release of SWARM and installed it on my windows machine. Additionally I
downloaded the swarmapps from the wiki page. I am now trying to run them
on my machine. After saving the file bash_dot.bashrc to my directory where
cygiwn starts up, I finally managed to compile the applications. However,
if I type then the name of the program (e.g. heatbugs [return]), the cygwin
terminal says "bash: heatbugs: command not found. Can someone pls
tell me what I am doing wrong?
