Damn... I feel kinda dumb. That specific parameter was in the "PDF device" section of "-s help" and I was looking only at the SWF part. I had assumed that only the part about the SWF conversion mattered. It's solved now, thanks! I did notice another thing, though.. some PDFs are converted to bitmap and come out like the original, however in others it seems that some fonts don't get through.
