[wdiff-bugs] wdiff 0.5.1 ready for testing

I've made some minor changes to wdiff 0.5 to make it more compliant
with the GNU license notice policies (license notices should appear at
the top of all non-trivial files).  I've also updated the version
string in what I think are the appropriate places.

wdiff 0.5.1 is available from CVS:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/wdiff co wdiff

If you have some time to test the new version, please give it a try.
I don't suspect there will be any problems because the changes are
mostly to comments, but you never know.
