Thanks for the report. This is a known bug, described in the "issues
left to fix" section of the 0.5.93 release announcement
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/wdiff-bugs/2008-06/msg00001.html).
If you have any idea how to fix it, I'd be pleased to hear it. I will
be asking the Autoconf people about it shortly.
Please use 0.5.93 for further testing. 0.5.92 will likely have issues
compiling on non-GNU/Linux systems due to its reliance on glibc
extensions rather than using the appropriate Gnulib replacements
(implemented in 0.5.93).
Thanks for testing wdiff! These sorts of reports are very useful for
ensuring that we get all the kinks worked out before the 0.6 release.
