Details:

Bug #11965 and Bug #11967 compain that the editor buttons are to small so the
translations don't fit. I've fixed this problem by putting the buttons below
each other so the translators should have plenty of room for text. 

Besides this fix, the tile pallette shows tiles 3 tiles wide instead of 2.
This makes the selection of tiles a lot easier (see the attached picture).
This patch fixes the biggest part of both bugs, I only need to fix the label
which displays the tile string; This label is to small and can only display a
small part of the string.
