the Licence Publique Générale GNU is the Licenza Pubblica Generale di GNU.

It's funny to hear that Italian are different; but if some translator is
not ready as now, then, yes, let it rest, keep the espession unported
and take its time. :)

As a note, for what i'ts worth, I'd suggest to use the italian expression aside 
with the
English one the first time it appears in the text, and then to continue with the
italian one.
