The rewriting is by people with assignment, the original we'd need to
ask around.

I think it may mostly be mine, but either case it would be (c) FSF.

We can probabably leave that in place.  Could also relicense, but I
don't think we'll gain anything.  Once there are significant changes
from one of us, we can do that.

Fabrice has assignments for Gnus, so it is probably not more than a
matter of asking him.
