interesting project.

According to its document on
<https://mirrors.concertpass.com/tex-archive/graphics/svg/doc/svg.pdf>,
this package includes two sub-packages:  svg and svg-extract. If I
understand correctly, the question discussed here only relevant to the
svg-extract package.
