Sorry, I didn't read that last sentence of yours above carefully. No
by-hand steps after "cp push.c yacc.c" are required if you simply want the
test suite to pass for pull mode. The by-hand steps I described earlier
are specifically to make the test suite run in *push* mode as if you had
declared %push-parser in every yacc.c test.
