When I had originally started thinking about gnulib, I had intended to
cater somehow (with nothing more than a "somehow" in my head) to those
GNU apps that are LGPLd.
I haven't got a good answer, though. Since this code is all assigned to
the FSF, it can be re-licensed as needed with the FSFs approval. It
would be nice to get it clear as to when that could happen. (Like, is
it only for other FSF copyrighted programs, for anything dubbed "gnu",
etc?)
