Yes, after following along on your side trip that contained more plot twists
than a Christopher Nolan film, I think the text from comment #12 captures
everything accurately and succinctly.

For completeness, I'll record here that remedying "Environments cannot be
renamed or deleted" is the subject of bug #60954.
