One of the next steps for me publishing cpio-mode is to put it on ELPA
1. It was mentioned that there are some things I have to do first. What are they?
2. Although I have login on ELPA, I apparently don't have permssions to create a project. What's the right thing to do? Should I work via this mailing list? Should I expect to become a member of the group?
