Gah.  I've been using the wrong file as the base file to get the
categories of emojis -- it was last updated in 2016.

This curiously named file seems to be the base of that file, but is
up-to-date, so it has all the new emojis added the last five years:

So I'll be rewriting that bit tomorrow.  That file also seems to allow
me to easy make the derivation groups without parsing all the other
files, so it should be faster, too.  So...  better all around, I think.
