So you would define

    #define FIXNUM_OVERFLOW_P(i) \


    #define FIXNUM_OVERFLOW_P(i) \
       || (EMACS_INT)(int)(i) < MOST_NEGATIVE_FIXNUM)

Looks fine to me.
