I am in France with a 100Mb/s FTTH link, and download is fast from all
of the mirrors.
FR 5,59MB/s in 39s
US 4,98MB/s in 53s
SG 3,56MB/s in 73s
The ordering looks consistent to me, but I am still surprised how good
the connection is to Singapore!
