       Is this project only related to a mailing list ? No directory on
www.gnu.org ? What about www.gnu.org/patents or 
www.gnu.org/philosophy/patents ? 

       I'm specialy interested by this because of my involvement in the
FSF Europe. My guess is that it would make a lot of sense to agree on
a common way of doing things.
