I've modified the cvswrappers file in the make CVSROOT
directory a number of times, but none of the changes
seem to take effect, even though I get a response about
rebuilding the admin databases.

For example, I've added "*.po -k 'b'" so that my .po
files are automatically added as binary files, but when
I cvs add a new .po file, it is not set to be binary.

As far as I know I can't log in to the subversion
system to check what's actually in the CVSROOT
directory of my make module; can someone check this and
figure out what's wrong?
