        When downloading .tar.bz2  files from the freesoftware.fsf.org
site,   the   Content-Type   is   incorrectly  set   to   "text/plain;
charset=iso-8859-1": several people are reporting troobles downloading
.tar.bz2 files. Could you please fix this ?
