cWriter stands for Collaborative Writer. It\'s a full web environment for group 
work around documents. Designed for intranet or extranet use. It\'s written in 
PHP, stores files in filesystem and users in a MySQL database.

First code of cWriter (known as \'rc\' for \'Rédacteur Collaboratif) in french 
is born in 1996 and finally under GPL licence in september 2000.
