Could you tell me what is wrong here?
Did he send his request in the right way?
Did you receive it? If so, what went wrong?

Subject: savannah lack of support

(This is not directly gcc-related. However, it provides an indication
of the lack of support from gnu.org administrators, and shows why
we should definitely not move gcc in the foreseeable future. This is
also my attempt to escalate the problem - to the top!)

I've been unable to update the Kawa web and ftp sites. There is
some password problem, which is quite likely my own fault or confusion.
(I was able to update the ftp site in June, and I may have forgotten what to
do.) So I post a support request on Savannah. Now *15* days later,
still no response. My case is not unique, as you can tell by looking at
http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group_id=11

Hopefully, this isn't a general problem, but only a indication that
no-one is assigned to monitor the Savannah "status" page. If that
is the case, the page should be replaced by a pointer to a channel
that does have someone paying attention to.
