We overlooked the support request entered via the web
interface in the last 30 days, although we properly handled requests
sent to address@hidden There is not good reason for this
since each support request entered from the web is sent to
address@hidden
We handled (Guillaume Morin and I) all the pending support
requests within an hour. We will try to do it on a regular basis in
the future.
