Details:

We need to add Joel Brobecker to the GDB project as an administrator. 
However, the "Request for Inclusion" form on the "my groups" page doesn't
allow searches whose search terms are three characters or shorter; searching
for 'GDB' or 'gdb' yields the message "None found. Please note that only
search words of more than three characters are valid."  So Joel can't apply
for membership in the project.
