I agree to re-release AX_CXX_GCC_ABI_DEMANGLE under the terms of the new
all-permissive license given above. Please be aware that it was adapted
from AC_CXX_RTTI by Luc Maisonobe; I don't know whether that introduces
a dependency on getting his agreement for AC_CXX_RTTI or not.
