RE: [Aspell-user] MAKE NOT WORKING

This problem is now solved I didn't have a libstc-devel loaded but I have a
new peoblem with aspell-en-0.51-0 

I run :
./configure  

I get the following output :

Finding Dictionary file location ... ./configure: aspell: command not found

Finding Data file location ... ./configure: aspell: command not found

Now I have installed aspell and it's under /usr/local/bin I check with
aspell -v.

I have also tried commands

./configure --vars ASPELL=/usr/local/bin/ WORD_LIST_COMPRESS=/usr/local/bin/

and I get the same output .. what am I doing wrong ?

What version of GCC are you using?  You need at least Gcc 2.95.
