[AUCTeX] about mule-gbk in WINDOWS XP

I download the Precompiled bundle from ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/auctex/emacs+auctex-w32-2007-02-23.zip.

And I also install MSYS and Cygwin.

But when I run ./configure of mule-gbk,I got the messages below:

checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c

checking for emacs... no

configure: creating ./config.status

config.status: creating Makefile

 

And the I run make,I got "bash:make:command not found".

 

What's the matter?
