Just FYI:

I've had newer versions for most of these available for quite a while
here:

  http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/simulavr/binaries/

Uisp-20020626 has a spec file in the tarball so the rpm can be built
simple with:

  $ rpm -tb uisp-20020626.tar.gz

avr-libc in cvs has a spec too, so the next release will also allow simple
building of rpm packages like uisp.
