When I click on any of those buttons, the same page indicating the 
non-existence of the document under consideration appears.
But on hitting refresh, and then clicking on the button seem to work for me.

What's refresh anyway? And what does tangle button, which makes it appearance 
on the rhs of the greyish download strip, does?
