TkGnats doesn't support printing on NT.

This date format works for me. Try this from a UNIX machine (you enter the
commands ARAF and quit):
timshel:~$ telnet localhost 1529
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
200 timshel GNATS server 3.113 ready.
ARAF 2001-07-12 00:00
210 Ok.
quit
205 Later.
Connection closed by foreign host.
