You have "bugs:" in there twice. Try removing the first one. The email
should then go to gnats-queue and be appended to the bugs.log file. Check
both and let us now what you get. If not, a common problem is the sendmail
security feature "smrsh". If this is active, you have to register queue-pr
with it (somehow -- I don't know).

I have removed the first "bugs:" and i have tried again to submit PR but the
same problem,
the PR didn't go  to gnats-queue, it will be appended only to the bugs.log.
I couldn't understand why so!
About the sendmail security feature "smrsh" we have not this installed, but
i have checked sendmail it works without problem. Since 4 months gnats works
errorless.

I need an emergency answer!
