You could (probably should?) put it at the end of your .xinitrc/.xsession

gpbs seems to dump a core file no matter how you terminate it. I got a
'killall gdomap' and 'killall gdnc' in my /etc/rc.d/GNUstep.sh which seems
to work just fine.
