I noticed that for some reason I can't see the midi instruments drop down in

Ubuntu. I see a little arrow to view the possible instruments but the arrow does nothing.

I realised there were bugs in my MidiInstrumentName script, and I've
arranged for it to be run when you set the MIDI instrument in the
(built-in) staff properties.
I updated the Clarinet in Bb template.
In git now.
