I use the Polyphase Clock Sync.
In the tutorial 7, they use a channel model
Const. Demod -> Channel Model-> Polyphase Clock -> CMA Equalizer ->
Costa Loop -> Demodulator
and put the Constellation Sink on the output of the Costa Loop.
