This is probably done using Display PostScript semantics, and the glyphnames
are those of PostScript.
Try getting the book, _Programming the Display PostScript System with NeXTstep_
from your local library. Also, did anyone post here that Simson Garfinkel's
book on NeXTstep programming is now available from www.simson.net? Listing for
it on the on-line books page at Penn State.
Failing that, you should be able to look up the glyph names in the .afm file.
