1. We can drop the verbs "Create", "Visit", and "Read", and we can drop

2. I don't use Emacs as a Web browser, so I don't know how feasible or how
useful this might be (e.g. current status of w3), but if it makes sense we
could also add a [URL] link, to a (customizable) URL. The default value
could be http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs.

We could then also add a URL choice to the possibilities for
`visit-on-startup'. That way, if a user used Emacs itself as a Web browser,
then s?he could choose to start Emacs on a Web page (browser home page).
