Log message:
* Modified aux picfilling code such that, for the unscaled case, it sets the
bits that final auxbuf propagation would normally compute at the end.

This should fix the lb1 bug and control maps with unscaled pics in general.
Unfortunately, visual maps are not perfect in all cases now (when unscaled):
Observe pic.095 in QfG1 (unscaled); this needs further investigation.

Note to self: Once fixed, this ought to go into glutton.
