As I wrote, you need _the whole of_ that directory - i.e. every file of about 
10 of them, not just freetype6.dll . It is built differently from those 
distributed by sharpfont.

or FontVal-2.0.0-45-g471f37d.zip from

unzip, and move the content of either bin/Win32 orr bin/Win64 to wherever your 
freetype6.dll is. You need every file in that folder, not just one dll.
