Well when you start a project this is a good thing.  But for an
existing project - not.

Again, thats the kind of thinking that keeps Glob2 behind. Why is it not a good thing for existing projects? I've already done a 1/4 of the documentation work. A little formatting, and import of the code, your set to go. Couldn't be simpler.

The point is to use a system which let's you merge branches well.

Which SVN does well.
