What I wrote is wrong! Boost definitions are in boost namespace so
there is no clash. However MSVC does not have inttypes.h or stdint.h
headers.I downloaded one version in order to compile FFmpeg
libavutil/common.h which includes <inttypes.h>. So I need to modify
either this FFmpeg header or SDL header to include my version of
<inttypes.h>
