[gNewSense-users] Could not connect to localhost:4001 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111 Connection refused- unable to update or reinstall OpenOffice

When I am trying to reinstall Openoffice on my Gneswsense computer I get errors, also when I try to update:

the erros is:
