Hi,
I just converted my archive to signed, using src/docs-tla/HOWTO.crypto
as a basis (made a --signed mirror of my-default-archive,
"archive-mirror"ed, renamed my old archive, put the new archive into
its place, removed =meta-info/mirror), and encountered a problem:
I try to check out something (really anything):
~/hui$ tla get ubf-lisp--main--1.0
gpg: NOTE: old default options file `/home/asf/.gnupg/options' ignored
gpg: Signature made Sun Jan 4 11:46:22 2004 CET using DSA key ID 04D7F45F

Error calling `vu_lstat' for "ubf-a.lisp" (No such file or directory)
PANIC: I/O error
Um.
The temporary directory contains these files:
~/hui$ ls -l ,,get.ubf-lisp--main--1.0--patch-8.1073217637.66557.1
total 18
-rw-r--r-- 1 asf asf 5389 Jan 4 13:00
,,dopatch.ubf-a.lisp..1073217638.66557.28

,,tmp-shuffled-dirs.1073217638.66557.26/
drwxr-xr-x 4 asf asf 512 Jan 4 13:00 {arch}/
~/hui$
This is not the only archive that breaks in this way; all the others
that I tried break in similar places (all are missing a file, some
even in the {arch} directory).
I have put up the broken ubf-lisp directory at
<URL:http://www.boinkor.net/misc/ubf-lisp-broken-archive.tgz>. The
version of TLA I used to generate the signed archive and to check out
is address@hidden/tla--devo--1.2--patch-50.
I was using a greedy revision library before, but when I removed the
library entries for the old archive, the same error was still
there. ~/hui/ is an empty directory, so there should be no stale/old
pristines or inode signatures.
Thanks for any help,
